Customer highlight: IDION

IDION had outsourced design of their medical device and was having reliability issues with their globally distributed team. After 9 months of work, they had an "almost" working prototype that never quite worked.

After identifying the problematic team, IDION moved some development to a US-based team that fixed all issues and released a working product in less than a month, saving millions in development costs, enabling them to meet the goals and unlocking contingent investments.
